Setting up frequently called numbers
The first time you do so, you must set your frequently called numbers, if you have not already on registration. Sign in to your online console, the username and password of which should have been sent to the email address you gave us at registration. The preferences page will give you substitute numbers for each of your frequently called numbers.
The substitute numbers can also be set by calling them the first time, and entering a destination number. If the call is successful, ask the called party to disconnect the phone before you do, at which time the destination number will be set permanently. Next time you dial the same substitute number, it will reverse call the same destination number without asking you to enter the destination number.
Initiating calls from your phone
To call from the phone number which was provided at the time of registration, start by dialing the substitute numbers setup as above. Your call will be rejected and you will receive a reverse call that will connect you to your destination phone.
You can register 5 of your phones to use the service from, in your online console.
Calling infrequently called numbers
You can dial the general reverse call number instead of a substitute number. This will give you a reverse call and let you enter any destination number. This method may not be reliable in certain countries. In those countries, the web initiated call explained next may be a better option for infrequently called numbers.
Initiating calls from the web
In some situations, initiating a call from the web may be a better option. Sign in to your account / online console, and click on Call. It lets you call any number in the world, and also shows your recently called numbers for single click calling.
