Our Automated Utility Service is a telephone based self service system. Dial 0015550 at the voice prompt or from the Linq Phone to get the following menu options:
  1. Speak to a customer service representative.
  2. Get to know credit left in your account.
  3. Get emergency credit if your account is accidentally exhausted.
  4. Lock and unlock your account to prevent misuse.
  5. Force auto debit of your credit card, if enabled via your on-line console.
  6. Voice mail.
  7. Test your Internet connection.
  8. Get to know your UID, should you forget it.
  9. Change your call routing to some destinations.
  10. Ask us to collect your cheque. Service available in some cities in India only.
